Groups provide a space to connect with others who have similar challenges and interests while learning tools and strategies to meet your needs and goals. Building connection and relationships with others helps with accountability, perspective and ultimately, healing and connecting with ourselves.
Chronic Illness
Support Group
For those who identify as chronically ill. This group is designed to provide a body affirming space to support those with chronic illness in navigating food, stress management, mental health and more.
The group will meet weekly for 8 weeks on Wednesdays via Zoom from 11:30-12:45. We are currently gathering interested folks and have a waitlist. Once we have 5-6 individuals, we will start the group.
Parents &
Caregivers Support Group
For those caring for individuals with disordered eating/eating disorders in Europe. Offers a welcoming space to connect with other parents who know what you’re going through and find practical ways to support yourself and your child. Flyer with detailed info below.
