Here’s what our past clients say:

  • “I’m so grateful for the help I've gotten from Zoe. She and I connected much more authentically and so differently than I have with other therapists, in a way that helped me to feel supported from the get go. She has helped me to transform my relationship with food and my body in a way I didn’t think was possible. I can’t thank her enough for the positive change she’s helped bring into my life." - Ally

  • "Kristen has played a vital role in our daughter’s ED recovery. Her patience, persistence, empathy and in-depth knowledge of EDs have guided us every step of the way. It is incredibly heart-warming to see our daughter come alive again! I highly recommend Kristen for your recovery journey.” Silvia

  • "I am incredibly grateful for finding Alex when I did. She helped me through an incredibly tough part of my life and allowed me to heal, to look after myself, and to be a better person in the world." - Caylee

  • "Adding a dietitian to my care team as I started my recovery journey was one of the best decisions I could have made. It allowed me to continue to focus on the overarching problems during therapy and focus on the behaviors and specific eating disorder thoughts that came up with my dietician. It was especially helpful when the two were in communication with one another too because they were able to work together and plan sessions that addressed the same issue but with their own approaches and areas of expertise." - Anna

Are you?

Our Approach

We provide you with a highly individualized plan. We use nutrition education, nutrition therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and radically open dialectical behavior therapy (RO-DBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems, Family Based Treatment (FBT) and other evidence-based modalities in our work.

We also help you navigate the health system and partner with other members of your team, like medical doctors or psychiatrists, to ensure you get the best care.

We typically recommend working with a nutritionist and a therapist together, although certainly not mandatory, as they each provide complementary services and collaborate on your care. For more on what a nutritionist can provide click here, here and here.
